Introduction：This equipment is used for keeping fresh milk, juice
and all kinds of liquid foodstuff and for pharmaceutical and
chemical industry etc. liquid storage. Specification：100L-500000L The structure and capability：This is a newly designed cooling and storage equipment .Cylinder body is composed of cylindrical stainless steel inner-tube and the carbon steel outer casing , to form cooling intercalated bed . Lamina or magnetic motive force agitator is equipped in the inner-tube, in order that the milk in the cylinder will not form milk fat and go up. And the cylindrical dressed stainless steel plate make the body surface beautiful. Between the outer cylinder and package filled with glass wool to form the insulation layer, which is conducive to cool storage . And equipped with thermometer , it is easy to measure the cylinder temperature of the liquid material . Operation Cautions： ①Before storing liquid meterial, cleaning and disinfection of the
equipment should be strictly . ②After the liquid material into the cylinder, the operator should
open the blender, otherwise it will form a floating milk fat,
affecting the quality of materials. ③When material out of tank , where the working surface in contact
with the material and the pipes, cocks,etc, all cleaned thoroughly,
dead space shall not have dirt plot, outside the cylinder should be
cleaned regularly to maintain beautiful bright flowers. ④Cylinder liner and surface rinse with warm water, do not rinse
with salt water to avoid corrosion of equipment. ⑤Reducer, motor and the bearings should be regularly replaced fuel
and lubricants. Installation：The equipment has four feet bolts , adjust to level or
lower discharge port as yet , to install the import and export .
Electrical connection, we should pay attention to impeller should
rotate clockwise, not reversed. Operation and Maintenance： ① Before using the storage tank, it should be rinsed with fresh hot water, and then steam sterilized . A variety of materials through a feed pipe which fixed on the cylinder into the tank. Input materials should not overfill. ②Storage over, exhausted surplus materials in cylinder. Rinse with
warm water as soon as possible, brush material attachments, and
then use 400C ~ 500C alkaline thoroughly cleansing in the container
wall and flush with clear water for the next use. ③Should always pay attention to the working condition of the whole
equipment and the reducer. Reducer lubricant should be promptly
added when insufficient. Changed every half a year (40#Engine oil)
. When the equipment not in use, operator must use warm water rinse
inside and outside. Do not rinse with salt water to avoid corrosion
. Often scrub cylinder block, keeping clean appearance. Make sure
the inner container lucency to achieve durable purpose. |
